BTC and Storck delivered record results during Q1 2026, achieving all-time high market share and weighted distribution growth following a strong recovery from the previous season’s transition challenges.
The success was driven by focused Ramadan execution, operational excellence, and stronger commercial planning across channels, resulting in full achievement of the sales target during one of the year’s most important trading seasons.
As part of the joint commercial strategy, the teams aligned channel priorities, strengthened promotional execution, optimized SKU availability, and enhanced in-store visibility across key accounts and grocery channels. Media activations were also rolled out through leading digital commerce platforms including HungerStation, Noon, Ninja, To You, and Amazon to support shopper engagement and sales performance.
BTC implemented a structured seasonal display strategy that included early planning, clear execution priorities, and coordinated promotional activities across the market. The campaign delivered more than 250 displays with full execution compliance, over 100 additional free displays, and expanded visibility across key retail channels during the Ramadan season.
The partnership also contributed to stronger market penetration, including the listing of 6 additional SKUs in AlOthaim and grocery coverage growth of 40% versus last year.
These efforts resulted in Storck’s highest-ever sell-out performance, alongside market share growth of +8.4% in volume share and +7.6% growth in weighted distribution versus last year, reinforcing the strength of the partnership and the effectiveness of the joint commercial strategy.
