Investing in Frontline Leadership to Drive Stronger Business Performance

At Basamh Trading Company, strengthening the capabilities of our frontline leaders is an important part of how we continue to improve execution, serve our partners, and support the growth of the brands we represent.

In collaboration with the Basamh Group Central Talent & Development team, BTC launched a comprehensive Supervisor Development Program designed specifically for our Sales and Supply Chain supervisors. The program brings together 56 supervisors who collectively lead 169 employees, strengthening the leadership capability closest to our customers, operations, and day-to-day execution. 

Delivered through interactive, instructor-led workshops, the program was conducted across nine cities - Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Makkah, Taif, Madinah, Tabuk, Qassim, and Khamis Mushayt. Rather than focusing only on technical knowledge, the program builds the practical leadership skills supervisors need to translate plans into stronger execution. 

For our principals and brand partners, this investment ultimately translates into stronger capability where it matters most, which is at the front line. When supervisors have the right know-how, leadership skills and confidence to make effective decisions, support their teams and maintain high standards of execution, they are better equipped to deliver against our partners’ ambitions in the market.
